How do I register for SkyART programs?
You must register in-person at one of our studio spaces. Regardless of which program–all of our participants need to have a general registration. If you are under the age of 18, we require a legal guardian in order to register for all our programs. We currently do not offer any registration online for SkyWAY, Project 3rd Space, or Project impact. Our registration can take up to 5 minutes to complete depending on how many artists or programs you are registering for. We do registration electronically on iPads. We have Spanish language registration forms available.
Please note, for Project Third Space, there is an additional artist agreement form that the participant will need to fill out.
How do I sign up for art therapy?
For Project Impact, you can express interest in receiving therapy here.
As a reminder for all of our programs, for any participant under 18, a legal guardian will need to come in-person to register as a SkyART participant.
Someone on the Project Impact team will reach out to set up a time to come in person, do an intake, and sign the necessary paperwork to register. This includes, but is not limited to, a confidentiality agreement.
I’m a community member or school administrator interested in a partnership with SkyART, who do I need to speak to?
For partnership inquiries please contact our Schools and Community Program Manager Kelly Christiel at kelly@skyart.org or fill out an interest form located on our ‘Programs’ page.
I was told the current session is full and I'm on the waitlist, what does that mean?
If you are put on a waitlist, this means our active or upcoming session is already at capacity. The waitlist is first come, first serve and we reach out in the order that we received the call/interest to join. Please make sure you provide names, program interest, and contact information if you are joining the waitlist.
When can I expect to hear back about the waitlist?
Typically, we wait 2-3 weeks to call individuals on the waitlist. Due to a high volume of interest, we cannot guarantee a spot for each session.
How do I sign up for SkyART West?
Please go to our Programs page and select the program you’re interested in - there is an option to specify location (South or West).
What do I need to bring to sign up?
To register, you will need to provide current contact and emergency contact information as well as a list of known allergies, special needs, or accommodations.
