I’m 12 and I’m a junior volunteer. When I turn 14, I will be a volunteer. When I turn 18, I will be an intern. And when I’m 20, I will be a teaching artist working at SkyART. Because I know what I want to be, working to be an artist. That’s all I dream of to be. Me. To be me.
That’s what Jermaine pictured here told us.
In the current political climate, the most vulnerable members of society disproportionately bear the brunt of policy decisions, and the recently passed tax bill is no exception. Organizations like SkyART that serve people living in poverty are going to be hurt too. Your support makes a loud statement that we will not be deterred. Be the game changer we need to help all of our young people live better and fuller lives. Can we count on you to do that?
Please read our annual letter and please make your tax deductible donation here, and know confidently that we will fight for all of our young people who deserve a place to grow, to be loved, to be respected, and to learn. Help SkyART be that place.
Very truly yours,
Sarah Ward MA, ATR
Executive Director
