With the generous support of the MacArthur Foundation’s International Connections Fund, SkyART was thrilled to welcome a group of eight students from the Centro Cultural de Anahuac (CCA) to Chicago from July 8-13 as part of our cultural exchange program in Mexico City. We toured Chicago’s architecture by boat, visited the Art Institute‘s design and architecture wing with curator Maite Borjabad, collaborated with teens from the Smart Museum, painted a new mural at SkyART, sampled Chicago’s international food, and had a lot of fun!
